With regards to“THE BODYGUARD THE MUSICAL Japan Version”TOKYO run, although we have been preparing for the performances from April 13th (Mon) to April 26th (Sun) including rescheduled performances for partially cancelled performances, we regret to inform that all the performances have been cancelled in response to government’s declaration of state of emergency regarding the New Coronavirus and also the request of the local government for suspension of events. We sincerely apologize to all patrons who have been looking forward to the performance.

From Wednesday, April 8th, 2020 to Thursday, June 30th, 2020
* Must arrive during the period
* For customers who have purchased at Online Ticket MY Bunkamura, selected convenience store as a place for pickup and have not yet issued a ticket, please issue a ticket by the date of each performance.
＜Time required for refund by bank transfer＞
Due to the internal procedure, you will receive the refund approximately three months after the ticket return acceptance period.
＜Refundable Fee＞
・ Ticket price
・ Ticket delivery fee (¥ 700) * Customers who requested delivery at the time of purchase
・ Ticketing fee (¥ 110 / per ticket) * Customers who selected convenience store as a place for pickup
・ Ticket return fee (up to \ 500 / per item) * Please return the ticket by Registered mail.
