Disney on CLASSIC Premium Walt Disney Animation Studios “THE CONCERT”
With regards to Disney on CLASSIC Premium Walt Disney Animation Studios “THE CONCERT” from May 21st (Thu), 2020 to May 31st (Sun), 2020, all the performances have been cancelled as it is not possible to invite concert performers from the United States due to measures taken by each country to prevent world-wide spread of the new coronavirus, and also our priority being the safety and health of patrons and their family members.
We are making adjustments to present the concert at the same timing next year, 2021. Details will be announced on the official website as soon as possible.
For refunds, please follow the instructions of each ticket agency where you purchased the ticket. The refund instructions will differ depending on each ticket agency.
We sincerely apologize to all patrons who have been looking forward to the performance.

・Regardless of whether tickets have been issued or not yet issued, we will process the cancellation (refund) of credit card payment through a credit card company by June 30th (Tue), 2020.
You do not need to take any procedures (such as returning tickets).
Please note that the credit card payment month and the refund month may differ depending on the credit card company. Please confirm the actual refund timing on your detailed statement.
