Notice of Cancellation of Matthew Bourne’s “The Red Shoes”
We have taken the decision with a heavy heart to cancel all performances in light of the global spread of the new coronavirus. We have been discussing with New Adventures on all possibilities to present Matthew Bourne's "The Red Shoes" in Japan; however we have sadly come to a conclusion that it is not possible to invite the show from UK under the difficult circumstances.

Venue: TOKYU THEATRE Orb
Schedule: All 16 performances from June 17th (Wed) to June 28th (Sun)
We sincerely apologize to all patrons who have been looking forward to the performance. We hope that the Japan tour will materialize in the future.
The refunds procedure will be announced on the official website after May 7th (Thu), so please securely keep your ticket.

You do not need to take any procedures (such as returning tickets).
Regardless of whether tickets have been issued or not yet issued, we will process the cancellation (refund) of credit card payment through a credit card company by July 31st (Fri), 2020.
Please note that the credit card payment month and the refund month may differ depending on the credit card company.
Please confirm the actual refund timing on your detailed statement.
Once the cancellation process is completed, we will notify to your registered email address.

Please send the ticket and a note specifying the necessary information to the address below. We will transfer the ticket price and shipping fee to your account.
