Information for Ticket Refund

 

Following the cancelation of the show, all ticket holders are entitled to a refund for the value of their tickets.

* Please note that tickets after the ticket return acceptance period will be invalid.
* The refund instructions will differ depending on ticket agency. Please contact your point of purchase for details. Refunds can only be claimed at your point of purchase.

 

 ■Customers who purchased with Online Ticket MY Bunkamura
You do not need to take any procedures (such as returning tickets).
Regardless of whether tickets have been issued or not yet issued, we will process the cancelation (refund) of credit card payment through a credit card company by September 30th (Wed), 2020.
Please note that the credit card payment month and the refund month may differ depending on the credit card company.
Please confirm the actual refund timing on a detailed statement of your credit card.
Once the cancelation process is completed, we will notify to your registered email address.

・ Ticket delivery fee (¥700) * Customers who requested delivery at the time of purchase
・ Ticketing fee (¥110 / per ticket) * Customers who selected convenience store as a place for pickup

We will refund by bank transfer.
Please send the ticket and a note specifying the necessary information to the address below. We will transfer the ticket price and shipping fee to your account.
* Please be sure to send by Registered mail.

　Account name (Kana)
　Financial institution name (bank, credit, etc.)

・ Ticket delivery fee (¥700) * Customers who requested delivery at the time of purchase
・Ticket return fee (up to ¥500 / per item) * Please return the ticket by Registered mail

From Monday, May 25th, 2020 to Friday, July 31st, 2020
* Must arrive during the period

＜Time required for refund by bank transfer＞
Due to the internal procedure, you will receive the refund approximately three months after the ticket return acceptance period.
