Notice on cancelling of “DCappella - Disney’s Live A Cappella Concert Experience”
Thank you for your patience in waiting for an updated information regarding “DCappella - Disney’s Live A Cappella Concert Experience” postponed due to the prevention of new-coronavirus.
We are currently consulting with all involved parties, with the aim of holding concert tour during the summer of 2021. Further information will be posted on our website as soon as it is ready.
Although we are planning to hold the tour next near, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the same seats at the same venue will be available for the current ticket holders. We therefore will refund all tickets purchased for the 2020 engagement. For refunds, please follow the instructions of each ticket agency where you purchased the ticket. The refund instructions will differ depending on each ticket agency.

For customers purchased tickets at Bunkamura, please refer to following refund instructions for the necessary procedure to get your ticket refund.

You do not need to take any procedures (such as returning tickets).
Regardless of whether tickets have been issued or not yet issued, we will process the cancellation (refund) of credit card payment through a credit card company by September 30th(Wed), 2020.
Please note that the credit card payment month and the refund month may differ depending on the credit card company.
Please confirm the actual refund timing on your detailed statement.
Once the cancellation process is completed, we will notify to your registered email address.

Notice on the postponing of “DCappella - Disney’s Live A Cappella Concert Experience”
As a precautionary measure to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and cast member, and to follow the government COVID-19 guidelines, we have decided to postpone all 18 performances of “DCappella - Disney’s Live A Cappella Concert Experience” concert tour, originally scheduled to be held between August 15 (Sat) 2020 and September 5 (Sat) 2020.
We are currently consulting with all involved parties on rescheduling the tour. Further information will be posted on our website as soon as it is ready. Please also note that the tour may be cancelled if it is deemed not possible to reschedule.
Please keep your tickets until further notice as it will remain valid. The refund information will be announced at a later date.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused to our guests, and appreciate your understanding.
